Are you caring for someone?
A carer is anyone who looks after a relative, friend or neighbour who cannot manage at home because of a physical, mental health or learning difficulty or is elderly frail.
Most people are carers at some point in their lives and the experience can often affect them emotionally, physically and financially.
Sometimes caring can take so much time and energy that relationships suffer and social life disappears. Carers frequently feel isolated however, help and support are at hand!
