Ditch the workout and join the party!!!

Have you tried the new sensation that’s sweeping the nation yet, its called Zumba.

It’s a Latin-dance based fitness phenomenon which is really taking off at the moment because of the interest being shown by everyone wanting to have fun while improving their fitness, plus you don’t have to be thin or young to join in, so whether you are male or female, sixteen or in your sixties this could be for you.

If you are one of those people who when you see the likes of Lady Gaga, Shakira, Cheryl Cole, Beyonce or perhaps Justin Timberlake and Peter Andre (for the men) dancing together as a troupe, and you think, that looks fun, or if you’re a person who when you hear a good rhythm or beat on the radio and you feel the need to dance around the kitchen then do yourself a favour and come along have some fun and join the party at your nearest venue.

Kerri who if you are a client of Shampoo hair studio will remember was their receptionist up until twelve months ago. She sang to raise money for the Macmillan Trust at Storrington’s last late night Christmas shopping event outside the shop in Church Street. When Kerri joined her local Zumba classes she liked it so much that when her instructor left the Billingshurst Leisure Centre she decided to become an instructor there for herself. Shampoo hair studio are wishing Kerri great success with her new venture and are hoping Kerri will return once again this December for the Storrington late night Christmas street party, which this year will be collecting on behalf of the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity and all our readers will get to hear Kerri singing once again and who know’s we might even see her bring along one of her Zumba classes to do a dance routine in the street?
