Freedom Life Coaching
Spring brings renewed energy and is a time when we think about improving our lives and surroundings as we emerge from a long, dark winter.
As the days get noticeably longer, flowers are starting to bloom and it’s a time of year that’s bursting with opportunities and growth.
Give yourself a kick-start by spring-cleaning your home; spruce up the garden or consider taking up a new hobby or interest. After a clear-out, Freecycle is a great way to give away anything surplus to requirements http://recyclinggroupfinder.com or to turn your clutter into cash at your nearest car boot sale.
What’s on this March?
March 1 - St David’s Day, add a splash of colour to your home with daffodils or try cooking Cawl, a Welsh stew containing lamb and leeks.
March 8 - Pancake Day is a cheap and cheerful way to get together and have fun with friends and neighbours.
March 15 - tickets go on sale for the London 2012 Olympic Games http://www.tickets.london2010.com.
March 17 - is St Patrick’s Day - celebrate all things Irish with laughter, fun and of course Guinness.
March 18 - Red Nose Day - do something funny to raise money and help others http://www.rednoseday.com
March 19 - For rugby fans among us, The 6 Nations Championship final.
March 20/21 - officially the first day of spring although we can’t turn the clocks forward until March 26.
Last but not least March 26 - the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race – get family or friends together and cheer on your favourite side.
