Local Business: Fowlers Invests In People For The Recovery

Paul Rolfe and Laetitia Holdaway have joined the management team at Fowlers, the independent West Sussex estate agents with offices in Storrington, Pulborough and Billingshurst, as part of an expansion initiative.

Paul, who joins as Manager, Storrington, has 25 years’ experience with independents and national chains. He worked in London and the Home Counties, and ran the market leading branch of Michael Jones in Findon for seven years, before joining King and Chasemore in Storrington.

Laetitia Holdaway, joins Fowlers as Manager, Lettings, and worked with Jacobs Steel Lettings in Worthing and brings a depth of retail experience and an education in retail management.

Announcing the appointment, Fowlers’ Managing Director, Marcel Hoad, said, “Fowlers is acquiring the best possible team before the market takes off again. Paul and Laetitia put clients first and recognize the importance of Fowlers’ ‘family firm’ values. Their joining has enabled us to reposition our best resources across our three offices”.

Jo Cooper, formerly Marketing Manager for Dunsfold Park Ltd, has also joined Fowlers’ Lettings team, Wendy Menzies relocates from Fowlers Billingshurst to Pulborough, and the firm’s longest-serving executive, Anthony Cross, takes his 23 years’ experience with Fowlers from Storrington to Billingshurst.
