Storington Dramatic Society Presents - ‘Secondary Cause of Death’
The forthcoming production from Storrington Dramatic Society is “Secondary Cause of Death” by Peter Gordon. Directed by Sue Goble, the play will be performed at 7.45pm on 4, 5 and 6 March at Sullington Parish Hall, Thakeham Road, Storrington.
On the eve of the Second World War, an unlikely group of people gathers in a country house hotel for a Murder Mystery Weekend. In this hilarious comedy, it is not surprising that nobody is who they seem to be, and that the bodies pile up thick and fast!
The bumbling and accident-prone Inspector Pratt (played by David Chinn) makes increasingly desperate attempts to solve the case, whilst becoming distracted and totally confused by identical twins, mad Nazis and secret agents in disguise.
The show is a family affair, with Mike, Rosemary and Kelly Smith appearing in various roles. They are joined by Susan Nicel, Roy Stevens, Hannah Bullivant and Vicky Truscott, all of whom were seen in the most recent SDS production of Aladdin.
Excellent character actress, Gloria Heywood (ex Bexhill ADS), makes her debut for SDS as Cynthia Maple.
Tickets for the show, priced at £7 can be obtained from: Fowlers Estate Agents, The Square,
