Storrington Community Plan Launch Imminent!

The working group looking at the development of a Storrington Community Plan has now set a date of the 9th June, 7.00pm to launch this important piece of work. This meeting will take place at the Storrington & Sullington Parish Hall.

Members of both the Parish Council and the Community Partnership have been taking advice from both Horsham District Council and Action in Rural Sussex on how best to produce a plan that will become the framework from which local action plans can be developed by the parish council and community partnership.

This plan will help to meet the vision and goals of local people, and to positively influence HDC, WSCC and other public services to play their part in improving the well-being of the village for all its residents and visitors.

They plan to hold a range of consultation sessions throughout the village over the forthcoming months, so if you want to be involved, have questions to ask, or think you can assist in running a group, or just simply want to keep in touch, come along to the launch meeting on Thursday 9th June.
