Storrington Table Tennis Club achieves Clubmark accreditation!

Congratulations to Storrington Table Tennis Club who have recently been accredited to CLUBMARK - the national cross sports quality accreditation scheme for clubs with junior sections. It is built around a set of core criteria which ensure that accredited clubs operate to a set of consistent, accepted and adopted minimum operating standards.

The scheme run by Sport England (www.clubmark.org.uk) recognises and values the commitment made by sports clubs to develop high quality, welcoming environments for young participants. The Club submitted a portfolio of evidence to show they are committed to developing the Club and have met the high quality standards set by the scheme in several areas.

These include the playing programme for members; a duty of care and safeguarding children; working within the community and local schools; and club management.
 
Storrington Table Tennis Club is open to juniors on Thursdays (5-6pm for beginners/improvers and 6-7pm for intermediate/advanced) and runs at Chanctonbury Sports & Leisure. All equipment and coaching is provided, so why not go along and give table tennis a try - the first two sessions are free!
