As the  proprietor of John Angela Associates, I have been involved in the arranging of mortgages for people from all walks of life since the late 60’s! In those days mortgage quota’s existed each month and interest rates were the same whichever lender you went to. How times have changed.

Anyone involved in the Financial world in any capacity, banker, building society, or mortgage broker has to be regulated by the Financial Services Authority. This regulation has brought with it a set of rules that must be adhered to and, it has to said, has improved my side of the business immeasurably.

Here at JAFS we pride ourselves in offering to each and everyone of our clients a personal, friendly service. We are always mindful of being approachable at all times. We take  ‘Treating our Customers Fairly’ very seriously! We don’t charge any fees – instead we receive our remuneration from the lender on completion of the transaction.
